If you are unable to make a manual booking for your parents, the issue will be caused by a child within your portal not being assigned to a year or class. When you click on the drop downs, if they do not allow you to select either the child or parent, the below guide can be used to fix this:
- Head into ‘students’ within the portal.
- click the ‘export’ button located in the top right side of your screen.
- You can then ‘filter’ your year and class columns to look for any ‘blanks’.
Once the blanks have been fixed the system will then allow you to make manual bookings.
