Parents Unable To Book Onto the Booking System Via The App

The following will need to be checked with parents who are struggling to book on for either the Parent’s Evening or Clubs:

  1. Are they on the latest version of the app? Please see the following guide to check this.
  2. Have the parents been selected within the target filter to make a booking? This can be checked under the ‘parents’ section of the booking.
  3. Are parents trying to book on within the open/closing time frame set within the portal?

If the above have all been checked and parents are still struggling, please get in touch with our support team.
